Having said that, you don't need your DNA results to begin Week 1 of Integrate. You will have your DNA results, debriefing, and implementation plan in place at the latest, before the last 2 weeks of Integrate.

If there is a further delay we will extend your Protocol timeline without charge to ensure you have a full 2 weeks to implement your DNA considerations.

Your results will be emailed to you. We've designed our reports to be user-friendly and easy to understand. You don’t need to have a background in genetic testing to understand your results and their significance to your health.

After your results are shared with you, you will receive a 60 minute one-on-one call with our DNA-certified specialist to help you walk through your detailed results.

Yes “Getting Started” is week 1 of a "Six to Fix" - 6 week protocol program. Getting Started is designed to prepare you for Weeks 2 thru 6 of the "Six to Fix" program.

All of the personal information you choose to share with us is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will your information be disclosed to third parties, such as insurance companies or medical agencies.

We use the utmost privacy standards in managing your sample. The sample is managed and stored by barcode to preserve your privacy. We retain your DNA in the lab for several months in case you wish to order an additional test. All DNA is then disposed of, following Canadian regulatory standards.

Although it is not mandatory, we highly recommend that you get your blood work tested. We provide you with a list of metabolic health biomarkers you can take to your doctor for requisition prior to beginning the protocol.

We recommend that you return for a 2nd analysis after approximately 12 weeks. This gives longer term indicators , Such as A1C, a chance to properly reveal improvements.
